Exploitation, field operations, replanting, intercropping, rainwater harvesting/recharging processing of all grades, finance and general administration Cost efficiency, manpower output, Project development/implementation and land productivity improvement. Worked with M/s Harrisions Malayalam Ltd for 17 years and worked on 9 of the estates, with impeccable record of improvement in all areas of rubber, tea and cocoa plantation management. Took charge of the Rubber Department with M/s A V Thomas group and rose to the post of Sr. Vice President Re-engineered all areas of the plantations bringing them to peak levels of management and productivity. Currently retained Consultant for 8 large estates, covering over 4000 hectares.
